When Planet Fitness needed a home on the west side of Harlingen, ARB Contractors built it — from an empty lot to a fully operational gym. Our team managed the complete build-out: structural framing, interior finishes, specialty flooring, locker rooms, the Black Card Spa area, and every detail in between. Alongside the gym, we constructed the surrounding plaza — a multi-tenant commercial development that brought new retail and office space to the corridor: two buildings, one team, zero shortcuts.
